Straight away I’ll say “I don’t know” on the information available. Helpful eh?

Identifying “worms” is difficult at the best of times, unless they are common in an aquarium.
What we need is a photo if possible.
The forum on this site has an area for question such as yours, and has an upload facilty for photos.
Even so, they may not be immediately identifiable.
If you prefer, a knowledgeable aquarist friend, or a good dealer who can see the item in the flesh, may be a good option.

I have a purple moon brain and it is covered with worms that seem to be killing it slowly. What are these worms called and hoe do I get rid of them. How would I save my brain.

I have continuing skirmishes with these little horrors. I use Joe’s Juice and it works well. Targeting is important (watch out for close to required growths), circulation pumps nust be turned off. Peter’s right, though, it is good.
Just a thought – - Peter and I do not have any connection with Joe’s Juice, we don’t make it at home either!
