Aquarium Additives, Water Volume And Displacement

I was doing my maintenance last night and was putting in a few additives. I was adding these in line with manufacturer’s instructions (adding so many ml for every so many gallons of water). I know how much water volume I have in my aquarium and sump but I am not 100% sure how much I have after displacement.
